Account Registration and Management

You may also be asked to submit a recent selfie with your ID. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. The review typically takes one to three business days.
No. Each individual may only hold one ddjl account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If ddjl detects a duplicate account, both accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support@ddjl.best immediately.
To request account closure, email support@ddjl.best from your registered email address and state that you wish to close your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method before closure. Note that any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of that bonus balance. Account closure is permanent unless you request reactivation.
Deposits and Payment Methods

Withdrawals
Log in to your ddjl account, go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

Bonuses and Promotions
After you register and log in for the first time, go to the Promotions section and activate the welcome bonus before making your qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account once the minimum deposit amount is met. Always read the bonus terms — particularly the minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, and wagering requirement — before activating.
A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. Account Security
Yes. ddjl supports two-factor authentication via OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. To enable 2FA, log in, go to Security Settings in your account, and activate the two-step login option. Once enabled, every login from an unrecognised device will require both your password and a one-time PIN before access is granted.
Change your password immediately from the Security Settings page. If you are unable to log in, use the password reset feature on the login page. Then email support@ddjl.best straight away with details of the suspicious activity, including the date, time, and any transactions you do not recognise. The ddjl security team will review your account and can freeze it pending investigation if necessary.
No. ddjl will never ask for your password via SMS, email, social media, or any chat channel. If you receive such a message, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond, do not click any links, and do not share your credentials. Report it to support@ddjl.best immediately. The only legitimate ddjl website is https://ddjl.best — bookmark it to always access the real login page.
Responsible Gaming
Log in, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and enter your preferred amount. A reduction takes effect immediately. You can request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. For longer or permanent self-exclusion, email support@ddjl.best. During any exclusion period, your account is locked for gaming and deposits. Your remaining real-money balance remains accessible for withdrawal during this time.
